Nancy Chodash, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Nancy Chodash FNP-BC is a board certified family nurse practitioner focusing her career in internal medicine. She received her doctorate from Rush University graduating with highest honors. She provides care to patients age 16 years and above for preventive care, treatment of acute illness, and treatment of chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. She has a special interest in women’s health , mental health, and weight loss.
Her philosophy is simple. She treats her patients as if they are family in an environment of mutual respect and trust. She believes that all people should have a health advocate and is proud to be just that for her patients.
In her free time she enjoys creating gluten-free recipes , writing her blog “Nancy’s World”, and spending time with her family and friends.

Paulina is a Nurse Practitioner that prioritizes preventative and evidence based care. Paulina focuses on getting to know her patients in order to better personalize their care. Paulina wants her patients to be healthy and happy in their day-to-day lives and prevent future health problems.

Lunisa is a board-certified family nurse practitioner passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. She proactively addresses immediate health concerns, ensuring each patient’s unique needs are met. Recognizing that health doesn’t exist in isolation, Lunisa carefully considers the broader context of each patient’s life, including their social, emotional, and environmental factors. She establishes a supportive and healing environment by fostering open communication and building trust with her patients. Her mission is to promote the overall well-being of each individual, empowering them to participate actively in their health journey.
