Saying hello and saying goodbye

This past weekend, April 27, 2013 our group banded together to try to improve our fitness level and have fun at the same time. Patients, staff, and providers turned out for the Vernon Hills Loop the Lakes 5k Run/Walk. Everyone involved had a great time; and most of us learned that our bodies were able to do more than we thought! We all challenged ourselves, and found that we rose to the challenge! It was exciting, and we plan to continue down this new path and say hello to new challenges!

At the same time, we are saying goodbye: our Physician’s Assistant, Lisa Cotten, will be leaving our practice this month. We are sad to see her go, and wish her the best of luck in future endeavors.

/And by the way…..check out our Facebook page to see a photo from the Loop the Lakes event!
