Summertime travels

Summer is travel season; and travel reminds us to take precautions. Remember if you are travelling overseas to get updates on all of your immunizations! If you travel closer to home, take the time on longer car rides or airplane flights to move around to help prevent blood clots, and do some additional stretching. Of course, see your doctor if you have any questions before you go!!
