Your weight matters!  Of course it does.  Your weight affects your health, and your health affects almost everything you do. In fact, your health is one of those things that you don’t think about, until it bothers you, and then it is a constant reminder that it needs attention!

I see this in my practice every single day. People feel well, then something starts to bother them….their head, their stomach, their ankle.  And until it is well again, it bothers them all the time. SO….starting today, remember to take very small steps to work on your health or to remain healthy.  If you need to, put it on your to do list!  Then….bump it up on your list!  I tell everyone to re-prioritze themselves.
